The City of Spokane operates the Waste to Energy Facility Recycling & Disposal Site, 2900 S. Spokane County residents have three clean, one-stop drop-off locations for recyclables, household hazardous wastes, yard wastes, and trash. More info on City service changes due to COVID-19. At the facility, please observe appropriate social distancing and don’t come to the facility if you are feeling sick.
